Plasma Cutting: Our Komatsu Fine Plasma cutting systems are capable of cutting up to 1” thick mild steel and up to ¾” Stainless Steel and Aluminum. The positioning accuracy and superior edge cutting makes the Fine Plasma a true workhorse whether cutting 1 or 1,000 pieces.
Forming: The ability to form up to 12’ in length using 325 tons and our CNC 2-axis backgauge can form most plate and sheet to your specifications.
Sawing: Our Hyd-Mech saws can cut miters up to 50 degrees and can automatically saw cut thousands of parts within 0.005” tolerances.
Rolling: Our 3/16” x 8’ capacity roller allows us to provide rolled tubes, cones, and semi-radius bends. We can roll thicker material in shorter lengths as well.
Pipe/Tube Bending: Our bending capabilities are up to 4” tube and 3 ½” sch 40 pipe. Our 2 axis positioning table allows us to make multiple bends without different setups on the same part.
Manual Welding: All of our welders are MIG certified in plate, pipe, nuclear, and structural welds and most are certified in TIG and STICK welding as well. Our operator training provides the highest quality welding at the lowest possible cost.
Machining: Our CNC and Manuel Mills, Lathes allow us to machine 1 or 1,000 parts to your specifications or to use on the fabricated weldments we produce.
Painting: A full range of painting capabilities provide high-quality finishes for metal components and sub-assemblies.
Powder Coating: Our 15’x15’x10’ oven allows us to powder coat very large components.
Sandblasting: Our 40’x40’ x 20’ sandblasting bay can handle large and small parts.
Assembly: We can assemble your components or use our made components to assist in providing low cost alternatives to complete assemblies or sub-assemblies.
